KARIMUNJAWA NATIONAL PARK

Karimunjawa national park is one of the leading tourist areas in regional even international level. It has very enchanted natural beauty of underwater world with its various types of coral reefs, marine life, and colorful reef fish. The amazing white sand on each of twenty seven islands make you feel in heaven.

Some interesting and challenging activities that can be done in here are diving, snorkeling, trekking, canoeing, fishing, siling, seeing shark breeding, and immerse yourself in Bugis fisherman's life, etc.

Karimunjawa can be accessed both water and air transportation. For water transportation, KM Muria and KMC Express Cantika 89 can be used from Kartini Harbour Jepara. Meanwhile, KMC Kartini can be used from Tanjung Mas Harbour Semarang. Another transportation is using private airplane from Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang to Dewadaru Airport in Kemujan Island. Acomodation and facilities which are available such as home stay, resort and hotel, as well as inter-island transportation.
